BUILDER INCORPORATES SUGGESTED SUBDIVISION CHANGES.(Local)

The town Planning Board Wednesday learned that suggested changes in the proposed Seelye Estates West have been included in the subdivision plans.

Town planners had recommended that the Guyer Builders development on Lakehill, Kingsley and Blue Barn roads include a combined bike path and walkway from Lakehill Road into the subdivision.

According to a Guyer representative,

if Seelye Estates West is constructed as planned, an L-shape lot will result next to the Episcopal church on Lakehill. A 10-foot-wide strip could be dedicated for the bike-walkway, with the remainder of the lot being transferred to the church …
